Using the site

By using De Alma y Corazónyou agree to these terms. If you don’t, please don’t use the site — we wish you well either way.

Orders

An order becomes a contract once we confirm it by email. Until confirmation, we reserve the right to decline or cancel — for example, if a product is out of stock, priced incorrectly, or a payment flagged by our processor.

Prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping and applicable sales tax. We collect sales tax in states where we are required to.

Shipping & returns

Shipping is US-only at launch. See our Shipping & Returns policy for the full details, including how we handle damaged or lost shipments.

Intellectual property

The brand name, logo, photography, illustrations, copy, and the structure of this site are ours (or licensed to us). Please don’t reproduce them without a note to hello@ofsoulandheart.com first.

The objects we sell, however, are yours to use, light, sprinkle, tie, gift, and photograph.

Disclaimers

Our products are home goods and decorative objects. Candles, simmer blends, and botanicals follow standard safety labeling. Blessing salts are not for ingestion. Please read the label.

The symbolism we reference is cultural and artistic — not medical, therapeutic, or religious instruction.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version.
