Privacy policy

This page explains what De Alma y Corazón, LLC ("we") collects through www.ofsoulandheart.com, why, who helps us handle it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We collect very little, so it is short.

What we collect

• When you request a sample or start a conversation. The form asks for your name and email address; everything else is optional - a phone number, your business or organization, a website or social media link, your location, what you are interested in, who it is for, the moment you want to honor, quantity, timing, budget and anything else you would like us to know. We use these only to reply to you, prepare sample options and talk about what you have in mind.
• Our Enquiries list. Everyone who sends us a Request a Sample or Start a Conversation form is added, by name and email address, to a private list we keep so we can find them again and answer them. We never send newsletters to it.
• When you sign up for our newsletter, in the footer of any page or by ticking "Keep me posted on new collections and events" on the Request a Sample form. Your email address, so we can send it to you. The box is never ticked for you. We only send our newsletter to people who asked for it, and every newsletter has an unsubscribe link.
• When you email us or message us on Instagram. We keep the message, for the same reason.
• Technical logs. Like every website, ours keeps short-lived technical logs (your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for) to keep the site secure and working. We do not use them to identify you.
• Analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits to each page; it sets no cookies and does not identify you or follow you to other websites.

We do not use advertising cookies, and we never sell or rent your information to anyone.

Who helps us handle it

We use a small number of service providers, only to run this website and answer you:

• Vercel hosts this website and its technical logs.
• Resend delivers the emails the form sends: your request to us, and a confirmation to you.
• Resend also keeps our contact lists: the Newsletter list, and the separate Enquiries list of everyone who has written to us through the Request a Sample form, which is never sent newsletters. It is where we write and send our newsletters from.
• Google - each request is also added to a private spreadsheet in our Google account, so we can keep track of who we have replied to. It holds your name, contact details and what your enquiry is about, never your message.
• Google (Gmail) holds our business email, where your enquiry and our replies are kept.
• If the form shows a "verify you are human" check, it is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the form is being sent by a person and not a spam program.

Each of these providers handles your information under its own privacy policy and only on our instructions.

How long we keep it

We keep requests and our replies for two years after our last message. If we work together, we keep the records our agreement and the law require.

We keep a newsletter sign-up until you unsubscribe. After that your address stays on the list marked "unsubscribed", so it is never mailed again by mistake - even if you write to us again; ask us and we will remove it completely. Your name and email address stay on the Enquiries list for the same time as the requests themselves.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to send you a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email ofsoulandheart@gmail.com. We will answer within 30 days, and there is no charge.

Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click takes you off the list. You can also email ofsoulandheart@gmail.com and we will take you off by hand.

Children

This website is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has sent us their details, tell us and we will delete them.

Changes to this policy

If we change what we collect or who helps us, we will update this page and the date at the top.
